Theoretical knowledge, trained staff and experience, comprehensive laboratory infrastructure, and know-how are some of these. The ADT Elastomer R&D group includes all these elements.

In-House Software “CROSSLINK”
Recipes developed over the years for different sectors and applications have been stored as projects/recipes/test results within the in-house software Crosslink. No recipe or data has been lost, and the accumulated work has turned into a pool of 10,000 recipes. Of these, 1,000 are active ADT elastomer recipes used by our customers. While working on new projects, this large data bank is always utilized, and the Crosslink program recommends the most suitable recipe as the project start.

Technological and Advanced Laboratory Facilities
The Compound R&D laboratory uses advanced and technological laboratory devices to test the product and process properties of the compounds it produces. Thus, the development of compounds suitable for customer specifications and customer processes is based on scientific methods.

Our experienced, trained, and skilled R&D personnel develop optimum recipes in terms of price and performance. The capabilities of our laboratory in Gebze are improved every year, and the knowledge levels of our employees are always raised with internal and external training.
