ADT Elastomer Solutions Industry Inc. has been serving since 2018 with its new facility established on a 16,500 m² indoor area in Kaynaşlı district of Düzce. The facility, equipped with 3 mixer lines, has an annual mixing capacity of 30,000 tons. Its infrastructure is designed to immediately activate 2 additional mixers. With these 2 additional lines, the capacity is planned to be increased to 50,000 tons.

One of the key needs of the Rubber Industry is sustainable mixing quality. Aware of this need, ADT Elastomer built its entire investment “from scratch” in the new facility, collaborating with world-leading suppliers in the field, and deployed the infrastructure required for production quality and stability with state-of-the-art machinery, software, and production technologies to ensure excellence in mixing quality.

All processes from raw material intake to shipment of the compound are tracked by a barcode system. For every batch produced, the raw material description/quantity and machine production parameters can be monitored on a lot basis.

Each batch undergoes approval tests by the laboratory, and test reports are automatically uploaded to the ADT portal, accessible to customers via a special username and password, as the shipment truck leaves the ramp. These reports are also sent to the email addresses specified by the customers.
